How do I restore my purchases?

Open the app, go to the Shop, tap the Coins tab, and tap Restore Purchases. If you were signed in with Apple, your coin balance and owned skins will be restored automatically.

My subscription isn't showing as active — what do I do?

Go to the Shop, tap the Pro tab, and tap Restore Purchases. If the issue persists, make sure you are signed in to the App Store with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase, then try again.

How do I cancel my General Dice Pro subscription?

Open the app, go to Shop → Pro, and tap Cancel Subscription. You will be taken to your Apple ID subscription settings where you can cancel. Alternatively, go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone.

How do I delete my account and data?

Go to your Profile screen inside the app and tap Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data, including your leaderboard entries and saved progress. This action cannot be undone.

I lost my coins or skins after reinstalling — can they be recovered?

If you were signed in with Apple before reinstalling, tap Restore Purchases in the Shop to recover your balance and owned skins. If you were not signed in, local data cannot be recovered as it is stored on-device only.

How do I turn off ads?

Subscribing to General Dice Pro removes all banner and interstitial ads. You can subscribe via the Shop → Pro tab or by tapping Go Pro on the home screen.

How do I opt out of personalised ads?

On iOS, you can change your tracking preference at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Find General Dice in the list and toggle it off.

I found a bug — how do I report it?
