By downloading, installing, or using General Dice ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and the General Dice developer. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Getting Started

General Dice does not require account registration or an email address. To begin playing, you enter a display name of your choice. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. Your display name and game scores may appear publicly on the in-app leaderboard.

3. Coins and Virtual Currency

The App uses an in-game virtual currency ("coins") that has no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred between players. Coins are earned through gameplay and daily login bonuses, or purchased via coin packs within the App. Coins are non-refundable.

4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App offers an optional premium subscription ("General Dice Pro") which removes advertisements and may include additional benefits.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
Coin packs are consumable one-time purchases and are non-refundable once applied to your account.
All purchases are final. Refunds are subject to the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play.

5. Advertising

Non-premium users may see advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the App, you acknowledge that ads may be displayed during gameplay. You can remove all ads by subscribing to General Dice Pro.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the App for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
Attempt to cheat, exploit, or manipulate the game's scoring systems or leaderboard.
Submit false or misleading scores or display names to the leaderboard.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the App.

7. Leaderboard

Your display name and game scores may be visible to other users on the public leaderboard. By completing a game, you consent to your score and display name being submitted to the leaderboard. We reserve the right to remove entries that appear fraudulent or in violation of these Terms. To request removal of your leaderboard entries, contact us at the address below.

8. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including graphics, audio, game mechanics, and software — is owned by the General Dice developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal entertainment purposes only.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the General Dice developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including loss of coins or virtual items.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict access to the leaderboard or the App if you violate these Terms. Because the App does not use accounts, termination applies to your ability to submit scores to the leaderboard. Local app data stored on your device is unaffected.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer operates.
